The positioners for welding, Rotolift model, are ergonomic machines featuring great flexibility and mobility, which enable the operator not only to tilt and rotate the workpiece, but also to lift and lower it. These characteristics guarantee that the operating personnel can work in total safety and comfort.

The workpiece is easily fixed to the horizontally positioned rotating table and moved according to the operator’s exigencies. Therefore, the parts to be welded are positioned correctly, in order to permit an adequate deposit of the welding bath.

Our automatic triaxial positioners are available in two versions:

Upon request, the ROTOLIFT positioners for welding can be supplied with a bronze 600 or 1500 watt rotary mass.
The positioners are controlled by an ergonomic, user-friendly switchboard, equipped with an emergency push-button. Upon request, they can be supplied with a pedal unit with two pedals, in order to control the direction of rotation during the welding. The switchboard and the pedal unit are connected to the control panel, which controls the electrical impulses. The control panel is extremely functional and simple and it is equipped with state-of-the-art components of the best brands.

Furthermore, the Rotolift triaxial positioners guarantee a great flexibility: upon request, they can be equipped with a tailored fixing plate, manufactured according to the customer’s drawing and/or the standard fixing plate can be replaced by a welding table.
