market a new product in the field of thermal
cutting Syncromatic "a movable suction
shuttle" developed to satisfy the most
technological advanced cutting plants with high
performances (those with plasma generator over
400 ÷ 600 A.)
The main features are as follows:
1) Maximum efficiency of fume extraction:
the efficiency of fume extraction is constant and optimal.
The loss due to transition between sections of the downdraft table
is eliminated by the eletronic pursuit system that allows the
constant syncronization between the torch and the extraction shuttle
2) Energy cost reduction:
an optimal suction efficiency corresponds to a smaller requirement of suction capacity, resulting in a significant reduction of energy costs.
3) Abatement of mantainance and spare parts costs:
unlike traditional tables with the suction doors activated by a number of mechanical and pneumatic devices,the Syncromatic concept is the maximum simplicity, with a very small number of commercial components and with very small time needed for mantainance and replacement operations.
4) Cancellation of downtime: the long time required for the extraction and depletion of the traditional waste collection tanks are totally eliminated, allowing the system to work without any stoppage
