Designed for the purpose of installation in Orion tables in place of traditional slag collecting tanks, Rapid Clean permits the automatic extraction of slag and scraps produced during sheet metal cutting.
Steel brushes and blades slide across a very thick sheet metal plate, being driven by a motor-reducer and by chains having a high mechanical resistance. The latter are held by special slide bars located on the side of the suction channels.
The scraping blades slide crossways under the transversal walls of the table and are designed purposely to guarantee the choking of the suction and help the depressurization effect created by the separation walls and the suction channels.

There are two options for slag management:
- gravity causes the slag to fall into a tank placed at the end of the sliding plate and adequately embedded into the floor. The tank is provided with hooks, which permit its lifting;
- the slag falls into a transversal conveyer, perpendicular to the scraper, having the function to remove the slag from the table and lift them, causing them to fall in a tank placed on the ground.
Rapid Clean can be manufactured both for small sized tables (3x1,5 metres) and for larger systems.
