In order to reduce the noxius effects provoked by dust and toxic fumes – among which are iron, nickel, chrome and carbon oxides, released in the air during the cutting process – we manufacture suction tables that can be perfectly combined with any thermal cutting system (oxy, plasma and laser cutting).
Each table is equipped with removable frames (available both for vertical lifting and horizontal sliding) and with support plates having different profiles, according to the required application. The systems for slag collection are located inside the main structure and have been designed to ensure the perfect functioning of the machine.
In order to make installation processes easier and to shorten assembly operations, all the tables are pre-assembled inside the factory.

Our suction systems ensure maximum versatility, thanks to the modular structure of all their components. This means that, if necessary, the modification or the enlarging of a plant become quite simple and inexpensive operations.
In addition to the supply of the complete product, we can install filtration units and suction systems on existing faceplate tables.
Our production range includes over 70 table types, having the following characteristics:
• variable length, according to the client’s needs
• width varying between 1,6 and 6,4 metres
• four different capacity levels (500-1000-2000-3000 Kg/m²)
• three different suction profiles (500-750-1000 mm).
