Over the past 25 years we have been specialized in the manufacturing of systems for the filtration of fumes and dust generated by thermal cutting procedures (laser, plasma and oxycutting), welding, grinding and smoothing.



The ECO range of filters belongs to the category of absolute filters, because they guarantee a post-filtration level of dust emissions lower than 2mg/m3, even in the presence of fine and extremely toxic particles.

Eco Filters guarantee the following results:

• high filtration efficiency
• a better cleaning of the cartridges
• a reduction of the loading losses
• a constant level of air suction in time
• a longer duration of the cartridges
• guaranteed emissions into the environment

The perfectly filtered air can be released directly into the workplace (in compliance with the local directives) or it may be conveyed into an exhaust chimney.

The standard filters belonging to the ECO range can be installed with excellent results on numerous machines, with particular reference to the following applications:

• plasma, laser and oxycutting
• welding and grinding
• sandblasting, gritting and smoothing
• metallizing and removal of crackings

Our product range includes the following equipment:

• Standard filters: cartridge units for thermal cutting machines.
• Reinforced filters: reinforced model for cutting and welding applications presenting a risk of explosion.
• Movable filters: this model is provided with an arm and is suitable for manual welding and plasma cutting or grinding.

At the client’s request, the ECO filters can be supplied with the following components:

• An innovative exhaust and transportation system for the collected particles (flexible Archimedean screw of the Fast Clean model) replacing the traditional collection tank;
  

• Activated carbon type post-filter, indispensable for the elimination of oxides and odours from the filtrated air emitted by the filter.
