An adequate maintenance is a guarantee of good functioning and performance of a machine. For this reason, our role does not end with the selling of the product, but continues in that we are at the client’s complete disposal for assistance, both preventively through our training courses and in the event of any failures. The timeliness of our interventions and in the supply of spare parts is guaranteed by all our customer care centres in Italy and all over Europe.
In addition to normal maintenance – functional testing of the machine after installation and technical assistance on request – Sideros Engineering offers planned maintenance schedules. Over the years, experience has shown that preventive assistance reduces by 60% the number of interventions necessary for repair operations.
Sideros offers annual or triennial maintenance schedules.
In order to make trouble-shooting easier, for several years now Sideros Engineering has been installing a modem on its most advanced plants in order to permit a remote diagnosis and, if possible, the solution of the technical problem itself.
