Cargomatic is an innovative system suitable for the loading and unloading of new sheet metal plates, processed by flat laser cutting centres. What distinguishes this system is that the loading of rough sheets is simultaneous with the withdrawal and unloading of the processed pieces. All the necessary control devices are implemented in this system in order to guarantee a safe and continous functioning.
Cargomatic is suitable for commercial sheet metal supplies and it is driven by a numerical control system directly interfaced with the laser cutting equipment.
The Cargomatic range offers two different models, either with side or front unloading (SU – FU) towards the laser cutting centre.
Moreover, Cargomatic can also be integrated with Spaziomatic, the sheet metal storage system which Sideros Engineering has been manufacturing for years with great success. This integration permits to obtain a complete loading/unloading and storage system characterised by an extraordinary compact structure and speed in carrying out all the operations.
Cargomatic can be installed on any laser cutting plant, even on dated models, guaranteeing a safe working area for the operator and the reduction of labour costs.
