After strict testing operations and inspections carried out over the years in its production departments, in 1981 Sideros Engineering was the first Italian company to introduce a range of products for the suction and filtration of fumes and dust, applicable to thermal cutting equipment such as oxy, plasma and laser cutting machines.
This constant long-term commitment to the research of innovative solutions has led Sideros Engineering to install over 1500 support plates and over 3000 filtration units in Italy and Europe.
In 1998, Sideros Engineering held its supremacy by establishing itself on the Italian market as the first manufacturer of automatic vertical storage systems for sheet metal.
Spaziomatic is a fast moving, versatile and innovative machine, produced in over 50 models and installed either in the “standing alone” type, having mainly storage functions, or in the “integrated” type, as an automatic storage system for sheet metal coming out from or ready to enter laser cutting centres and punching machines.
Sideros Engineering is also engaged in the manufacturing of automatic systems for the loading and unloading of sheet metal plates, automatic pallet changing systems for laser cutting equipment and rapid slag extraction systems for thermal cutting machines.
